The Process

  1. We order your credit reports from the three main credit bureaus, Equifax, Trans Union, and Experian. Your credit scores are not affected in any way when we order your reports. Or, you are welcome to order your own reports at annualcreditreport.com. This site is sponsored by all three major bureaus.

  2. You will be mailed a current copy of your report by all three bureaus.

  3. To ensure privacy, all reports are mailed directly to you by the bureaus. Once you receive your report we ask you to mail Deep Blue Credit Services a copy. Click here for our address.

  4. We begin working on your report within 48 hours and send you updates either through the mail or email. We keep you informed as to what has been done on your reports. Bureaus have up to 45 days to send you updated reports.

  5. You will see your credit reports first. Once you forward your updated copy to us we will work on the remaining items on your reports.

  6. Each updated report will need to be forwarded to Deep Blue so that your file can continue to be processed and repaired.

Time Frame

You will begin seeing results in as little as 45 days. The full process usually takes between 90 and 120 days, from beginning to end. (This is an estimated time frame. Individual credit repair will vary depending on what is on your credit reports)
